Our Diet...


Michael and I started our low carb diet on Monday. It hasn't been as bad as I thought that it would be! Lots of fruit, veggies, chicken and salads.

Wednesday night we had chicken, mixed greens, peas and sliced tomatoes. Look at how colorful Michael's plate was.

Michael has lost about 5 pounds and I think that I have gained 2. I just don't get it!

I am keeping my fingers crossed that I can atleast lose 5 - 10 pounds.
