Like Father Like Son...

Last night, Michael gave Hudson his first dill pickle. Hudson LOVED it! Never made a sour face, just doing snow angels on the kitchen counter!

If you know Michael you know that he also loves pickles and pickle juice. He will drink all the juice off the pickles and leave them dry! Whitt and Hudson definately fall into those foot steps of their daddy!

Rock On....

Whitt got an amplifier for his guitars that Santa brought him last year. He finally really used it last night and it was so funny! Just had to share a picture of my little rocker. He eats, breathes and sleeps music. He has decided that we are having a rock band birthday party this year so if you have any suggestions/ideas, please post those.

Rub a Dub Dub....

I Finally got brave enough to put Whitt and Hudson in the tub together. It went a lot better than I thought that it would. I got some really cute pictures, even of Whitt dumping water all over Hudson. Poor little guy never even cried. He is having to be a pretty tough little cookie these days! Let's just say there is never a dull moment in the Marks home, and we love it!

Hudson's First Food

Well, Hudson finally has started baby food and he LOVES it. We started with carrots, just like Whitt did. So far he has had carrots, pears, squash and bananas. I think that squash might be his favorite so far. He is not as messy now with his food as he was this first time.

One Day on Sugar busters.....

whooo hoooo! First day is done and hopefully I am going to do ok on this! I love salads so i think that there will be lots of salads, grilled chicken and fruit in my future. Great little place called Clementines in Jones Valley has awesome salads so if you are ever over there check it out.

Have you ever noticed how many food commercials they have on tv these days? I finally had to just turn it off and go to bed. Learning to like the taste of Diet drinks and drank a ton of water. Lets see if I can hang in there with my husband.

Hudson's 3 month pictures

Well yesterday was quite a day! As I woke up, I realized that Hudson is almost 4 months and I have not had his 3 month pictures made. With Whitt I did a panel of pictures of 3, 6, 9 and 12 month pictures. I want to do this for Hudson so I called Portrait Innovations yesterday at 9. I am not a fan of posed pictures and so I knew that I had to keep an open mind.

As soon as I got off the phone with them and we had our time, I frantically searched for the same clothes that Whitt had his 3 month picture made in. After finding it I crossed my fingers and put it on Hudson. Whew, barely fit.

So I got us all dressed and in the car at 11:30, wow! So off to Huntsville for appointment at 12:30. I have never been a fan of posed pictures but I want the boys first year panels to be alike so I knew that this was what I had to do. I practically did the photo shoot and I am sure that I was the topic when we left. Sorry Christine! I am posting some of the pictures that we got.
